Ciarán's just reminded me of a guy we saw at Bloc Party last year.
Some fucking wastebag covered in mud, E'd up to the nines, comes up to me and asks for a lighter. While I'm hoking it out, he drops his cig in a huge puddle and puts it back in his mouth and tries to light it. It doesn't work, surprisingly enough. Then he lifts my deodorant out of my bag and SPRAYS IT DOWN HIS THROAT FOR TEN SECONDS before returning to light his cigarette.
I don't think I ever got that lighter back.

Ay speaking of shit, my friend had all his stuff stolen while we were at Rage in 08 and then to top it all off whoever it was took a massive shit in the middle of his tent. That was our first year there and I think it's just put him off it ever since...

When we were at Kings of Leon last year I was (stupidly) wearing a white shirt and denim shorts and then these people covered from head to toe in mud came over to me, asked for a lighter, my friend gave em one and then they just shouted "GROUP HUG!!!!" and hugged me and my friends making us all muddy and wet and then to top that, some load of eejits decided it would be hilarious to push the whole crowd of people we were standing in to the left and we all fell down in the slushy mud and my whole ass was just brown and i couldnt get the mud out of my shorts and had to buy new ones the next day, i thought it wud dry and flake off like normal but nope....

Year after that, the same friend (again, very drunk) getting "Black Power" henna tattoed on his arm then demanding we all call him Toshi for the weekend. Good times |
